Job Description
A fabulous opportunity has arisen at a very successful global investment firm based in Mayfair to recruit a competent receptionist for their busy office.
In this position, you will provide a combination of seamless reception and office administration support.
THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Work closely with the assistants of the senior management, assisting in arranging meetings and conference calls, often on short notice. Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
- Administrative duties which may include photocopying/scanning/printing and binding various documents, preparing documents and PowerPoint presentations, and booking couriers.
- Act as a fire warden and First Aider (training provided).
- The role also includes weekend duty which you will share with other assistants, so approximately every 4 weeks you will be working remotely.
About You: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience in the five-star luxury/hospitality industry as a Receptionist and is looking to move into a fast paced corporate environment and join an established and friendly network with added benefit of great hands-on approach. You will receive training and have the opportunity to progress and take on other responsibilities.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: £40k per year
Private medical healthcare, 25 holidays plus 8 public holidays.
( Health care benefit applies after successful completion of probationary period).
Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK and are fluent in written and spoken German and English. Experience in administration or corporate reception areas would be a great advantage but is not essential.
