REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Passionate and creative.
  • Experience in Turkish/Lebanese cuisine will be an advantage.
  • Team player who can work well under pressure.
  • Inventory control/ kitchen maintenance
  • Food production
  • Supporting team members and menu planning
  • Pay scale – 35,000 per annum
  • Food handling (Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene ).

Who we looking for: Beyond your skills, we are looking for a Chef de Partie with a great personality who has a genuine passion for the food industry, a desire to learn and grow and a hands-on attitude. You will receive training with the opportunity to grow and take on other responsibilities.
Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK. Previous experience as a Chef in Turkish or Lebanese cuisine would be a great advantage but is not essential.
